The Nutcracker is a Ballet Performance for the Whole Family

The Nutcracker

The Nutcracker is just one of those performances that makes the holidays complete. If you’ve been looking for events that are perfect for the entire family, consider heading out to see a live performance by the prestigious Ballet Arizona. Whether you’ve never seen this ballet or you’ve seen it a hundred times, this one never goes out of Christmas style.

Besides being a timeless tale for all ages, Ballet Arizona is going big this year. There will be more than 150 performers, beautiful costumes, and some of the top nationally recognized dancers. From magical journies to toys that come to life, The Nutcracker is non-stop entertainment. Even better, the Phoenix Symphony will be performing alongside with live music accompaniment. The New York Times described it as one of the “finest productions” in the United States. That’s saying something.

If you’ve been having a hard time finding things to do for everyone in your family, this has a little something for everyone. Don’t let the season pass you by without catching this amazing show! Performances will take place on select dates until December 24, 2017. Ballet Arizona is located at 2835 E. Washington Street in Phoenix. For a full list of showtimes and to purchase tickets for you and your loved ones, go here.
